How do you get such good pictures?

This is a common question we get asked a lot! There are a few answers:-

We try really really hard –

All the team here at Smileomatic are great fun, friendly and hard working. They don’t turn up to your event just to stand there. They are ready to make everyone have the best time. With their help everyone’s smiles are bigger and brighter. Photo-booth’s are historically good fun. However I can promise you once you have been in ours you will see how much more fun it can be. You can also see the range in all of our images. No two pictures are ever the same (unless you wanted them to be of course). All of the team love being out and about meeting new people and setting new photo challenges.

We have professionals –

Steven one of our directors is a photographer quite a good one too, and understands everything about cameras, lighting, positions, posing, backdrops and backgrounds. So he teaches us the basics behind what we need to know to make each picture awesome in any circumstance. You would think that all the events we attend are very similar, but I tell you my friend they are all very different! We have some outdoors, some indoors, some in halls, some in sheds, some in Marquees, some at farms, some in Barns and some at peoples homes. Some at day some at night. All these things effect different things. So we make sure that we know what to do to make sure the image that you get is in focus clear and properly lit.

Awesome props –

We purchase only the best props from good companies. They are designed to be flashed at so don’t glare on the flash. They are not cheap and broken. Every prop no matter the cost has a shelf life. So if its looking old we add them to our B.I.N file. We said goodbye to our PugMask at the weekend. He was with us for a while, we shed a tear but we bought two more. We pride ourselves on providing clean and not broken props.
